Established in 2008, Hartmanaire is an independent certified Test and Air Balance (TABB), Women Owned Business (WBENC), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) company, specializing in both commercial and residential air moving systems. Having over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, we pride ourselves with accurate, speedy, and certified reports. Our Sheet Metal Worker Union (Local 104 and 105) certified technicians offer a wide range of services, a few of them include: duct leakage testing, HERS testing, and hydronic balancing.

As of 2021, we are proud to announce that we have multiple Mechanical Acceptance Technicians (MATTs) that are well trained in the updated Title 24 regulations.

As a certified WBENC and SBE business, our contractors license gives us the ability to perform work up and down California under the ICB/TABB guidelines. All of our work and services come with a one year quality assurance warranty. At Hartmanaire, we work closely with our contractors, as it is our mission to provide and develop professional, dependable, and experienced service, adapting to the client’s expectations to reach a successful completion that benefits all parties.
